Mrs. Makayla’s Pre-K class at the WISE Center received a Veterans Day lesson they won’t soon forget, delivered by a very special veteran, their own teacher Airman Makayla Esquivel.
Students explored her former uniform, asked questions, and gained a hands-on understanding of what it means to serve our country. Their excitement and curiosity made the moment even more memorable.
