Merit Rewards

Here at In"10"sity we use the behavior program LiveSchool. Students earn points (merits) for thier successes and for showing any of the ten qualities that we believe will lead to a successful life. These qualities include Compassion, Accountability, Desire, Effort, Time, Determination, Respect, Initiative, Victory, and Esteem. Negative points (demerits) are also earned for students negative actions.These points lead to consequences. These actions are documented and reviewed with students so they can improve. In the first year of using this program student referalls dropped over 70%.
